Civil works construction in Armenia and the Coffee Region
We build residential, commercial and industrial properties from start to finish: from the site survey and the foundations through to the finishes and handover with as-built drawings. We work in Armenia and across Quindío, and carry out projects in Risaralda, Valle del Cauca and Caldas.
The practical difference of hiring one company for the whole cycle is that there is nobody to point at when something goes wrong. The engineer who quotes your project is the same one answering for the site.
What it covers
- Survey and budget. Site visit, gathering of real data, unit price analysis and a written schedule.
- Foundations. Excavation, ground improvement where the terrain calls for it, footings, tie beams and ground slab.
- Structure. Reinforced concrete frames, columns, beams and floor slabs, with quality control on concrete and steel.
- Masonry and roofing. Structural and partition walls, rendering, roof structure and waterproofing.
- Internal networks. Embedded plumbing, drainage and electrical installations, pressure-tested before walls are closed.
- Finishes. Tiling, flooring, joinery, painting, sanitary fittings and architectural detailing.

- Casa Chambery Lot 9C — Pereira, Risaralda. Single-family home built end to end.
- Frigopork pork processing plant — La Victoria, Valle del Cauca. Industrial project with sanitary and process requirements well beyond a conventional building.
How we work
Every project runs with a resident engineer, weekly scheduling against verifiable milestones and regular reports with photographic records. Staff are registered with social security, equipped with protective gear and covered by an occupational safety plan, and we take out insurance bonds where the contract requires them.
The budget is issued with unit price analysis, quantities and specifications. If something changes during the works, you hear about it beforehand — not when the invoice arrives.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build on the client's own plot?
Yes, that is the most common arrangement. We check boundaries, easements, topography
and utility availability before quoting.
Do you handle licences and permits?
We support the process and coordinate with the designer and the planning office. The
licence is issued in the name of the property owner.
How much does a square metre cost?
It depends on the structural system, the topography of the plot, the level of finishes
and the distance to suppliers. That is why we visit the site before quoting a figure:
a number given over the phone is of no use for making a decision.
