Coverage across the Coffee Region and Colombia
Our office is in central Armenia. From there we cover Quindío with free technical visits, deliver works across Colombia's Coffee Region and northern Valle, and take on projects in any department of the country.
This page exists because distance genuinely changes a project's budget: it affects material freight, staff travel and supplier availability. We would rather be clear about where we have established operations and where we work with a deployed team.
Quindío — full coverage
This is our day-to-day operating area. We serve all twelve municipalities with the same technical team: Armenia, Calarcá, Circasia, Montenegro, La Tebaida, Quimbaya, Filandia, Salento, Génova, Pijao, Buenavista and Córdoba. Technical visits are free of charge within the department.
Projects delivered here: the storm and foul sewer network in the La Miranda neighbourhood in Armenia, the upgrade of Colegio Libre in Circasia and the maintenance of Colegio San Vicente de Paúl in Génova.
Risaralda
Regular operations in Pereira, Dosquebradas and Santa Rosa de Cabal. In Pereira we have built country homes in the Cerritos area and delivered infrastructure works at Matecaña International Airport: water and sewer networks, and retaining and slope stabilisation works.
Caldas
We cover Manizales, Villamaría and Chinchiná. The proximity along the Coffee Region corridor lets us keep the same supervision standard as in Quindío, with a resident engineer on site and scheduled control visits.
Northern Valle del Cauca
We work in Cartago, Alcalá, La Victoria, Ulloa and Obando. This is an area where we have delivered both housing — the country house in Alcalá — and industrial work: the Frigopork pork processing plant in La Victoria.
The rest of Colombia
We deliver civil works and infrastructure projects in any department, with a deployed team and remote coordination. It is the usual arrangement for clients living outside the region or abroad: regular reports with photographic records, progress video calls and payment certificates against verifiable milestones.
For work outside the Coffee Region the budget itemises travel and accommodation separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for distance and what for the works themselves.
