Small repairs and minor works in Armenia and Quindío
There is a complaint you hear constantly in Quindío: for a small job, nobody answers. Construction firms will not turn out for a one-day task, and the tradesman who will does not always leave a warranty, an invoice or a price agreed in advance.
We take those jobs on, and we run them the way we run a large one: written scope, fixed price, workers enrolled in social security and a warranty on what we deliver. A small job done properly is the ordinary way a working relationship of years begins.
What we handle
- Cracks. Patching, injection and replacement of render and skim coat. If a crack looks structural, we say so before covering it up.
- Leaks and damp. Roof infiltration, rising damp in walls, ceiling stains, sealing of terraces and balconies.
- Roofing. Tile replacement, gutters and downpipes, ridges, waterproofing of concrete slabs.
- Tiling and floors. Replacing loose or broken pieces, grout repair, floor levelling.
- Painting. Interior and exterior, façades, railings and steelwork.
- Doors and windows. Adjustment, lock replacement, seals, glazing, timber and aluminium joinery.
- Plumbing and electrics. Leaks, relocating points, consumer units, sockets and lighting inside the property.
- Bathrooms and kitchens. Replacing the WC, basin, taps, worktop and units without having to redo the whole room.
- Walls and pavements. Repair of boundary walls, pavements, steps and outdoor flooring.
How we quote a small job
- Send a photograph over WhatsApp and tell us what you need and which municipality you are in. One wide shot and one close-up are enough.
- We reply the same day. For most repairs we can give a fixed price with no prior visit: you know the cost before anyone sets foot in your home.
- If we need to look, we come. The site visit is free in Armenia and across the municipalities of Quindío.
- Date and price in writing before we start. If opening up reveals something that was not visible, you are told and the decision is made with you, not afterwards.
Worth knowing
A cheap repair with the wrong diagnosis costs you twice. Damp that returns every rainy season is almost never solved with paint, and a crack that reappears in the same spot is telling you something. Is any job too small?
No, provided it is well defined. What we do not take on is an open-ended "come and
see what can be done" with nothing to go on — that is what the site visit is for, and
it is free in Quindío.
Do you charge for the visit?
Not in Armenia or the municipalities of Quindío. Outside the department it is arranged
according to location.
Is there a warranty on a small repair?
Yes. We warrant the work delivered, exactly as on a larger project, and it is stated
in the job document.
Do you work for homeowner associations?
Yes. Corrective and preventive maintenance of common areas, façades, roofs and
services, with an invoice and whatever insurance policies the association requires.
I live abroad and own a property in Quindío — can you go?
Yes, we do this regularly. We coordinate over WhatsApp, send before-and-after
photographs and invoice against the work delivered.
