Construction of water supply and sewer networks at Matecaña International Airport in Pereira, under air operations protocols.

The challenge

An airport does not close for construction. We worked with the terminal in operation, which imposes staff access control, restrictions on machinery and heights near movement areas, and work windows agreed with air operations. Any delay clearing the work front affects flights, not just the schedule.
